What we typically find in Wandsworth homes
The Victorian and Edwardian terraces around Wandsworth Common and the Tonsleys almost all have a through-lounge with a three-seater or corner sofa carrying the whole household. We hold tenancy slots firmly, because the whole point is that they are tied to a check-out appointment. Book the sofa for after the property is empty and after the carpets are done — cleaning it first means it gets walked past during the move. You get a dated invoice naming the address and every item cleaned, which is the document deposit schemes actually accept.
